She is survived by: her sons, Rob Payne (Janice) of Chattanooga, TN and Jim Payne (Christy) of Williamsport, TN.; her daughter-in-law Roxanna Payne of Richmond, VA.; her grandchildren, Jessica Parnell (Cory), Aaron Payne, Kathleen Payne and Lacey Payne; her great grandchild Braden Parnell; and her siblings, Earl, Eugene Jennings and Phyllis Jennings Chrisman.
