He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Hilliard and Bessie Hilliard (Frink); and his son Mitchell K. Hilliard. He is survived by: his children, Mark P. Hilliard (Kelli Curtis) of Owlshead, ME and Sharron J. Hilliard (James Teribury) of Watkins Glen; his grandchildren, Mitchell Hilliard (Lori), Corey Teribury (Sierra) of Montour Falls, Michelle Chapman (Lucian Weese) of Ohio and Morgan Hilliard (Christine) of Maine; his great grandchildren, Koby Hilliard of Elmira, Greyson Teribury of Montour Falls, Matthew, Brady, Carter Chapman of Ohio, Cameron and Otis Hilliard of Maine; and his great-niece Kelly O'Sullivan.
