Mathews of Watkins Glen, New York, born in Montour Falls, New York, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Scanlon and Pauline Scanlon. She is survived by: her husband Owen D. Mathews; her children, Brian O. Mathews (Janet), Brenda S. Thurston, Ronald D. Mathews (Mary), Alan J. Mathews (Nancy), Gregory S. Mathews (Diana) and Douglas E. Mathews; and her siblings, Joan Todd and Jack Scanlon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
