He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Culligan and Mary Ellen Culligan (Powers); and his grandson Joshua M. Culligan. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son Darrin Culligan (Tina); and his siblings, William Culligan (Mary Ann) and Margaret Covert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
