Richards of Watkins Glen, New York, born in Waverly, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2024 at the age of 99, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude West and Ralph West; and her husband Rex. She is survived by: her children, Pamela of Portland, Jeffrey of Newfield, NY and Malcolm (Mary) of Alpine, NY. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
