He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Smith and Margaret Smith; and his brother Duane Smith. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his sons, Jeremy Smith (Cheyenne Wells) of Savona, NY and Bradley Smith (Bethany Brown) of Watkins Glen, NY; his siblings, Roger Smith (Joanne) of Apalachin, NY and Diane Davison (Robert) of Cocoa Beach, FL; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Emily, Zoey, Emma, Kimberly, Liam and Ewan.
