He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Dyke and Dorothy Van Dyke (Andrews); and his brother Horace "Art" Van Dyke. He is survived by: his sisters, Helena Fern Van Dyke and Cora "Sue" Davis; and his sister-in-law Frances Van Dyke (Oliver). He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
