He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wicks and Alice Wicks; his brother Lawrence Wicks; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth and Winifred Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Wicks; his children, Deborah Bailey (Gary) of Beaver Dams, Susan Bourne (David) of Geneva, Beth Ann Wicks of Rochester and Charles Wicks, Jr. (Brandi) of Seneca Falls; his brother Robert Wicks (Lucy) of Carlisle, PA; his grandchildren, Jeremy Bailey, Jessica Perrine (Marc), Benjamin Bailey (Hannah), Julie Castello (Luis), Crystal Mikel (Herschel) and Frank Eldredge (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Brecken Perrine, Shepherd Bailey, Reyna Castello, Andre, Maria Mikel and Frankie Eldredge; and his nieces and nephews, Jill Baun, Audrey Wicks, Geoffrey Wicks, Mike Palmer and Mary Lanzieri.
