We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022, at the age of 50, Andrew Garth Rumsmoke of Watkins Glen, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy "Dotty" Burlew (Goff). He is survived by: his fiancée Sue Ann Underwood; his father Garth L. Rumsmoke; his stepfather Donald Burlew (Rae); his siblings, Helen Spaulding and Charles Rumsmoke (Janice); his stepchildren, Devin Romano, Anthony Naylor, Charlie Underwood and Alexis Naylor; his stepgrandchildren, Avianna and Grace; his nieces and nephews, Shellie Black (Josh), Kayla Dundas, Mackenzie Dundas, Nicholas Rumsmoke, Michael Spaulding (Samantha) and Marshall Spaulding; his great-niece Paige Spaulding; and his great-nephew Wilder Black.
