She is survived by: her husband Donald F. Ely; her sons, Stephen (Tammy), Dale (Karen) and Jerry (Caroline); her grandchildren, Jonathon, Caitlin (Rob), Chelsea, Taylor and Josh; her niece Cheryl Meyer; and her nephews, Leon and Gary Jaworski.
