He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Jr. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Howells Burns, Jr.; his wife Eleanor; his son Thomas Jr. of Cohoes; and his siblings, Robert (Nancy) of Ocala, FL and Linda Bussiere of Beaver Falls, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
