He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Devlin and Eleanor Louise Devenow Devlin; his siblings, William J. Devlin Jr., Timothy Devlin, Sandra Devlin and Rose Devlin Fair; and his sister-in-law Donna Haughney Devlin.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Devlin (Ray) of Watervliet, NY; his sons, Steven L Devlin (Tonya) of Cohoes, NY, John Devlin of Watervliet, NY and Eric Devlin of Watervliet, NY; his brother Thomas Devlin of Troy, NY; his siblings-in-law, Carol Devlin of Troy, NY, Henry Fair of Florida and Stacy J Ray of Watervliet; and his grandchildren, Alexis Devlin of Brunswick, NY, Steven Devlin of Cohoes, NY and Cadence Devlin of Watervliet, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Marra Funeral Home (246 Remsen St, Cohoes, NY 12047). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Steven's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
