She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bakerian and Catherine Hazard Bakerian; her husband Joseph M Gilchrist; and her brothers, George and John Bakerian.
She is survived by: her husband's children, Frank (Janet) of Watervliet, Cathy Sweeney (Kevin) of New Canaan, CT, Joseph P. (Lori) of Troy, Maria Geene (Jeffrey) of Cropseyville and Rosemary of Stamford, CT.; her grandchildren, Christopher (Meghan), Kerry (Brandon Young), Kathleen (John Calabrese), Joseph Gilchrist (Nicole), Kevin (Kelly), Patrick (Nicole), Connor Sweeney (Jacqueline), Frank Gilchrist Bernard and Kristin Geene (Zack Purdy); her great grandchildren, Liam, Connor, Charlotte, Jordan, Declan, Kieran, Nieve, Tierney and Colin; and her sister-in-law Sister Francis Anne Gilchrist (Latham). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in Rosemary's name to Mary's Soup Kitchen, Immaculate Heart of Mary, 2416 7th Ave Watervliet, NY, 12189.
