She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Irvine and Rose Irvine (Polaro); her husband Joseph Simonik; and her brothers, Thomas Walsh and Lee "Sonny" Irvine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda M. Fisk (late John) and Lori Bailie (late Roger); her grandchildren, Adam Fisk, Nicholas Fisk, Brendon Bailie, Eric Bailie (Meg Dorsey) and Kate Bailie (Alex Lovell); her siblings, James Irvine (Rita), Aleta Frederick and Ralph Irvine (Mary Anne); her siblings-in-law, Edward and Jackie Simonik; and her niece Debra Atwell (Bill Gaelick). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
