He was predeceased by: his wife Rita D. DePaoli; and his parents, Robert Scharg and Emma Scharg (Koenig). He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn T. Lalli of Watervliet; his granddaughter Cristianne Lalli; his great grandchild Adrianna Lalli; and his cousins, Carl and Richard Koening.
