He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Haskins and Agnes Dumas Haskins; his wife Carolyn Pike Haskins; and his brother Emory Haskins. He is survived by: his children, Robert "Skip" Haskins Jr. (Cheryl) of Troy and Vicki White (Ken) of Waterford; his siblings, Polly Goats of Middleburgh, FL, Shirley Richardson, Connie Slish and Colleen Dehler; his granddaughter Rebecca Piser (Bobby); and his great grandchildren, Raegan and Ronan Piser.
