He is survived by: his sisters, Theresa Files (David) and Rachel Perfetti (late Louis); his nieces and nephews, Rachel Files (Christa Caruso), John Fulgan (Sage), Tracey Fulgan, Madeline Paterniani (David) and Louis Perfetti, III (Megan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyler Fulgan, Nicholas, Giuliana, Amelia Paterniani, Dominic and Oriana Perfetti; and also Ricky.

In lieu of customary remembrances donations, in memory of Richard J. Fulgan, may be made to St. Anthony of Padua Shine Church, 28 State Street, Troy, NY 12180 or to Green Island Senior Citizens, 5 George Street, Green Island, NY 12183.
