He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen J. Mencher, Donald K. Murphy (late Susan), Gregory F. Murphy (Ludovica Villar-Hauser), Maryellen M. Peck (Andrew), Sheila A. Murphy, Elizabeth T. Murphy (Thomas Stokes) and Margaret Ann DeAngelis (Lou); his stepsons, Dennis P. Leyden (Bob Richardson), Mark D. Leyden (Elizabeth Minsker-Leyden) and Douglas R. Leyden; his stepgrandsons, Christopher and Jeffrey Leyden; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Oliver and Natalie Leyden. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
