She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Riley and Caroline Lowery (Charlie Dugan); her son David; and her brother-in-law William Carroll. She is survived by: her husband John "Todd" Carroll; her daughter Katie Fuller (Fred) of Granger, IN; her grandchildren, Liam Fuller, Caroline Fuller, Ryan Carroll and Melina Carroll; her sister Carolyn Tisdale of San Diego; and her sister-in-law Madelyn Carroll of Troy. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and cousins.
