He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Nystoriak; his children, Michael Nystoriak, III (Susan), Mark Nystoriak (Sandra) and Sarah Smith (Eric Behrens); his stepdaughters, Annette Byrnes and Nicole Neary (Brian); his grandchildren, Michael (Christina), Char Nystoriak, Nicholas, Joshua Nystoriak, Julie, Nate Smith, Blaine, Zoe, Dem Neary, Mikaela Byrnes (Brendon Cooper) and Madalyn Byrnes; his great grandchild Evelyn Cooper; his siblings, David Nystoriak (Barbara) and Barbara Mack; and his brother-in-law Wayne Geiser (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
