It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael A. Holt (Watervliet, New York), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Holt and Bessie Louise Holt of Albany, NY.; and his siblings, Louis Stanford, Russell Holt and Jeanenne C. Holt.

He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Holt (Maria), Alphonso Holt, Lee Holt (Tammi) and Stacey B. Cady-Holt; his children, Michael X. Holt, Nikki D. Holt (Clifford Harden) and Colteia A. Holt; his grandchildren, Amir Harden, Michael M. Holt, Ma'noya Holt and Malachi Holt; and his close friends, Angela Cancer and Dorothy Grimes. He is also survived by family members and friends.
