It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melanie E. St. Louis (Watervliet, New York), who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maryalyce Struck (Brady) and J. Luis Ochoa. She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" St. Louis; her children, Melena Marinucci (Jason), Peter St (Megan), Jeffrey St (Danielle), Christina Salvagio (Vinnie) and Michael St (Felicia); her grandchildren, Noah, Dominick, Ryan, Ava, Angelo, Skylar, Jonah, Zachary, Neko and Giavonna; her siblings, Charles Hupe, Rella Hupe-Cole, Gina Slyer, Sandra West and Andrea Mason; her uncle Harold Brady; her aunt Leonora Slingerland; and her cousin Alyce Wessels. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Our Light Catholic Church (1 Maria Dr, Albany, NY 12211). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the St. Agnes Cemetery (48 Cemetery Ave, Menands, NY 12204).
