He was predeceased by: his parents, Mederic J. Ethier, Sr. and Bertha O'Keefe Ethier of Watervliet; and his sister Jeanne Ethier Giachetti of Latham. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ethier of Clifton Park; his children, Dr. Kathleen Ethier (Sarah Coleman) of Atlanta, GA, Sheila Lorello (Anthony) of Melville, NY and Mederic J. Ethier III (Diane) of Loudonville; and his stepchildren, Daniel Brahler (Chrissy) of Bradenton, FL, Thomas Brahler (Audrey) of Clifton Park, William Brahler (Shelley) of Saratoga Springs, Darcy Burns (Michael) of Albany and Deborah Malamood of Loudonville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten step-grandchildren.
