He was predeceased by: his father Richard. He is survived by: his children, Mark Perry II (Jennifer), Christina Perry-Bradford (Jesse), Sara Strack (Jenn) and Brandon Perry (Jamie); and his close friend Roberta Smith. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
