He is survived by: his stepchild Thomoas Bailey (Carol) of Port St; his siblings, Anthony, Basil Mulinare and Josephine Marie Gokey Dunn; his nieces and nephews, Frederick E. Gokey, III (Mary Ellen), Mary Ann DeMaria (Peter), John Mazzacco, Joanne Parsons and Joseph Shepis; his great-nephews, Frederick Gokey, IV (Maureen), Garrett Gokey (Christine), John Keeler (Jessica), John Mazzacco, Jr., Ron Mazzacco and Jeffrey Mazzacco; and his great-niece Patricia Brockley (Michael).
