She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cusack and Mary Cusack (Scales); her husband Thomas Raleigh; and her siblings, Michael Cusack, Mary Armstrong and Margaret Droney.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen (George), Mary McGuire, Tommy and Sean (Tracy); her grandchildren, Erik, Ryan, Kevin Suspanic, Katie Joseph (Jack), Charlie, Jack, Molly, Maggie McGuire, Patrick Raleigh, Tommy, Connor and Liam Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Emma, Olivia and Ellie Joseph; and also Thomas. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
