We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2020, at the age of 82, Judith Culkin (Watervliet, New York), born in Troy, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd D. Blonshine and Edna M. Matthews Blonshine. She is survived by: her husband Cornelius "Connie" F. Culkin; her children, Theresa "Terri" E. Culkin Keeter of Swampscott, MA, Dana M. Duffey of Watervliet and Bradley Culkin; her grandchildren, Andrew, James Keeter, Sean, Lauren, Liam Duffey, Craig and Casey Ward; and her sister Karen Barron (Daniel J.) of Malone, NY.. She is also survived by several cousins and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Eddy Heritage House Activities Fund, 2920 Tibbits Avenue, Troy, NY 12180.
