It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Mary Hamilton (Watervliet, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. Harbour, Sr. and Sadie M. Hickman Harbour; her husband Paul D. Hamilton; and her sister Sharon Matthews. She is survived by: her children, Katina Harbour McGuirk (Allen), Anthony Harbour (Tarra) and Samantha Hamilton Valentine (Tyler); her grandchildren, Anthony "AJ" Harbour, Jr., Adriana Harbour, Makenzie Harbour, Avyonnah Valentine and Tyler "TJ" Valentine, Jr.; and her siblings, Ralph Harbour, Jr. and Frances Engle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
