She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nowakowski and Martha Nowakowski (Jasinska); her husband John H. Neelis; her son John Michael Neelis; her brother Richard Nowakowski (late Jean); and her pet Merlin.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Mosher (Mike), James Neelis of Green Island, Bobby Neelis (Carol) of Mayfield and Charlie Murray (Terry) of Mayfield; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hogan (Matthew), Jacqui Dalessio (Scott McHargue), Jessica Neelis (Chris Jenkins), Sarah Crossman (Matt), Theresa Cox (Tim) and Robert Neelis (Melanie); her great grandchildren, Adam, Matthew, Kobe, Jack, John, Hailey, Alyssa, Alexis, Julia, Caitlyn, Josie, Karter, Kloey, Adah and Hannelore; and her pets, Kramer and Elwood.
