He is survived by: his parent Lillian Bayly Flanigan, Sr.; his spouse Sandra Vincent Flanigan; his brother Patrick Flanigan; his stepchildren, Christine Springer (Robert), David Brooks (Lisa Pasquale) and Lori Brooks; his grandchildren, Meghan Rosebeck (Justin VanWormer), Michael Brooks, Kytear Conyers, Nikolas Brooks, Jenna Westcott, Tayah Conyers and Kimberly Munhall (John); his nephew Brian Pratt; his significant other John Cobb; and also Poppy.
