He was predeceased by: his parents, Marino "Manney" DiNovo and Filomena Mango DiNovo; his wife Francesca "Gina" Longo DiNovo; his siblings, Samuel, Dominick DiNovo and Mary Mantello; his niece Mary Ann Spain; and his nephew Paul J. Mantello.
He is survived by: his children, Mario J. DiNovo (Mary Valenty) of Cropseyville, Joseph F. DiNovo (Karen) of Cropseyville and Maria F. DiNovo (John Popson) of Albany; and his cousin Jacqueline DiNovo Wendell of Poestenkill.
