He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bell and Margaret E. Bell (Griffith). He is survived by: his wife Margaret F. Chludzinski; his children, Randy R. Bell (Joyce), Margaret "Peggie" A. Bell and Mark T. Bell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Joshua M. Bell (Megan) and Kristi L. Bell; his great grandchildren, Juliann and Hailey; and his sisters, Janet Dickinson (James), Cheryl Palmer (Eddie) and Ginger Lehr (late Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
