Smith, Jr., Robert Smith (Tammy) and Katie Tso (Chris); her grandchildren, Katie Casey, Brian Casey, Matthew Casey, Elizabeth Ostrander, Carly Larkins, Kevin McHale, Jennifer Gentry, David Bluver, Sarah Bluver, Jennifer Thomas, Jessica Smith, Sasha Smith, Alexis Smith and Jenna Tso; her great grandchildren, Maddy, Will, Tyler, Jack, Avery, Haley, Zack, Brooke, Kaitlyn, Easton and Ellis; and her sister Catherine DuBois (William). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
