He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Frechette and David Frechette; and his mother-in-law Loretta Abriel. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Frechette; his children, James R. Frechette, Jr., Noreen Early (Scott), Elaine Parsons (Michael) and Pamela Motler (Christopher); his grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley), Jack, Thomas, William, Caroline and Allison; and his siblings, Robert, William, John, Thomas Frechette and Maryann Palmatier.
