She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Felter and Elizabeth Felter; and her brothers, Stanley Felter (Ann), Kenneth Felter (Barbara) and Donald Felter (Jean).
She is survived by: her sons, Edward Radigan (Linda) of Tallahassee, Donald (Susan) of Latham, NY and Paul (Marion) of Troy, NY. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and spouses; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.
