She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Maynard and Margaret Jones Maynard; her husband Edward Strope; and her brother Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Charlene Arnold of Sprakers, NY, Shirley Pasquarillo of Averill Park, John L. Strope of Watervliet, Tammy Simpson of Troy, Joanne Strope of North Adams, MA and Edward Strope of Watervliet; and her siblings, Bernice Obzud, Avis Blanchard, Gloria Wilcox, David Maynard and Jerry Maynard. She is also survived by grandchildren, 12 adored great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her feline companion.
