He is survived by: his children, Frank Bielawa of Helendale, Calif and Katherine Bielawa Jurczyk (Edward Jurczyk) of Milford, Conn.; his grandchildren, James Bielawa, Breanne McLaughlin, Kirstyn Bielawa, Brian (Michelle), Kyle and Matthew Jurczyk (Alexandra); his great grandchildren, Luke, Hailey Jurczyk and Charlie McLaughlin; and his siblings, Stanley (late Betty), Theodore (Eileen), Edward (late Lavernne), Harold (Karen) and Mary Ann Zelinski.
