She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Kusky and Elizabeth Kusky (Sheridan); and her sister Kathleen Kusky (Kathy). She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" F. Zawistowski; her children, Amy Zawistowski, Lee McMahon (Bob) and Robert O'Zavis (Jennifer); her sisters, Ellen Mayo (Mike O'Connell) and Jean Rocque; her granddaughters, Kiley McMahon, Aubrey McMahon, Wyla O'Zavis and Lisa O'Zavis; and her nephew Dan Mayo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
