Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Phil's name to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
