She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Swackhamer (Saupaugh) and Eugene Swackhamer; and her siblings, Eugene Swackhamer (Lee) and Jean Stefanowicz (Swackhamer). She is survived by: her husband Robert S. Lewis (Latham) of Denny's Barn; her children, Deborah (Lewis) Stark (David), Nancy (Lewis), Attilio (Mark) and Robert, Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Amanda D'Attilio Gray (Donald), Daniel D'Attilio, Jordan Bailey (Aaron) and Zachary Lewis; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Madeline, Clara Bailey and Ella Gray; her close friend Ginny Jakubics; and her siblings, Kenneth Prescott, Yvonne (Prescott), Davis (Walter) and Billy Prescott (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Meals on Wheels and Hospice, for which we are eternally grateful to each of these organizations for their compassion and assistance during Joan's final day.
