She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bragin and Helen Bragin (Cavanaugh); her husband Carl J. Gurak; and her brother Nicholas Bragin. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Laura Gurak (Nancy Bayer), Gregory Gurak (Debra), Judith Contompasis (Jim), Paul Gurak (Lora), Anne Gurak (Tom Austro), Christine Gurak (Chris Leathem) and Carol Felts (Paul); her brother William Bragin; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Bragin, Dorothy Bragin and Betty Gurak. She is also survived by ses 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (23 Crumitie Rd, Albany, NY 12211). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
