He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spickler and Helen Babowicz Spickler (Spychalski); his wife Frances M. DiNuzzo Spychalski; and his brother Dr. John Spychalski (late Felice). He is survived by: his children, Mary Ellen Roberts, Edward J. Spychalski, Jr. (Kathy) of Mechanicville, John F. Spychalski (Mary) of Watervliet and Louis G. Spychalski (Sara) of Latham; his grandchildren, Ryan Roberts (Kayla), Nina Krupski (Darin), Johnathon Spychalski, Christine Kimball (Tim), Stacey Vancott, Victoria and Daniel Spychalski; his great grandchildren, Darin Krupski, Charlotte Roberts, Tyler, Alexis Kimball, Madison and Merissa Vancott; and his sister Mary Ann Galka (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
