She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Zavisky and Mary Zavisky (Kopsa); and her brother Joseph Zavisky. She is survived by: her cousins, Barbara M. Zavisky of Watervliet, Michael P. Zavisky of Watervliet, Ann Marie Bowman (Charles) of Getzville, NY and Ukraine.
