He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Zyglewicz and Julia Spiak Zyglewicz; his wife Fran Wade Zyglewicz; his son Shane David Zyglewicz (Sharon); his granddaughter Samantha Romano; and his sister Carol Weaver.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cain, Toby, Tory, Zeby, Jimmy Brewer (Jill), Johnny Brewer (Mary Joy), Cole Zyglewicz, Danielle Fernett (Ron), Jessica and Zebariah Romano; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Oglesby, Janet Wade, Sherri Short, Michael Fitzhugh (Ray Vadney) and Craig Fitzhugh (Debbie); his niece Tara; his nephew Scott Weaver; and his son Louie. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
