He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Campbell and Ruth B. Campbell; and his grandson Michael James Fahrenkopf. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Goodall; his brother William; his sister-in-law Andrea Campbell; his sisters, Sarah Becker and Nancy; his brother-in-law Edward Petteys; and his grandchildren, Paul, Jessie, Riley and Lauren. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
