We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, at the age of 96, Christine Pakatar of Watervliet, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyriaki Miliades and Kyriakos Pakatar; her siblings, Abraham, John, Penelope Pakatar and Sophia Maltais Severino; and her nephew James Pakatar.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Barbara Dzembo, Janet Alber, Sandra Beskin, Christine Zayac, Mary Stewart, Laura Pakatar, Deirdre Heisler, Michael Maltais, John Pakatar, Gus Pakatar, Michael Pakatar and Arthur Pakatar.
In lieu of flowers, her family suggests donations to St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church, 909 River Street, Troy, NY 12180 or to any favorite charity of one's choice.
