The passing of Catherine E. Hennessey of Watervliet, New York leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 25, 2024 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Johnson and Shirley Johnson; her husband Robert W. Hennessey; and her daughter Tammy Hennessey. She is survived by: her friend Mary O'Brien; her children, Helen Hennessey (Lori Dudek), Bobbie-Jo Edwards (Julie) and Elaine Houlihan (Tiffany); her goddaughter April Anderson (Ronald); and her grandchildren, Catherine, Kelly, Johnny, Robert, Aaliyah, Eva, Alessia, Cullen and Hunter. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Catherine's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
