He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen "Peg" Kerwood Whitehead and Charles Whitehead; and his brother Thomas Whitehead. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Collen and Donnelly Whitehead; and his nieces and nephews, Yolanda Burke, Tammy Forrester, April Allen, Sean Collen, Season Davenport, Sarah Cozzolino, Seth Collen, Shayne Collen and Siobhan MacDonald.
