She was predeceased by: her child Eladio Otero. She is survived by: her close friend Jose DeJesus Santos; her children, Alejandro Madera, Betsaida Madera, Sonia Madera, Santos Otero, Esperanza Otero, Sandra Otero, Guillermina Otero and Jesus Otero; and her niece Theresa Madera. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
