“Dear Tony, my long time friend, I am so, so sorry to have learned of your passing. I had no idea that anything was wrong other than you had been confined to Waterville Residential Center. Your cousins Tim and Margaret Ellis were great to give me your phone number so we could talk all the time. I lost touch just before you passed away because I was hiding from some variation of COVID. I loved watching you play Chess and all the fun times we had together. You were a true friend! Rest in Peace!”
